PS4 & PS5 / XBOX ONE & SERIES X/S:
To recover your lost progress on one of these consoles, you need to have your account connected to Scopely ID.
Scopely ID:
- Open the game.
- Go to "Settings" (top right).
- Choose "Save your progress with Scopely Account" as the platform you wish to bind your progress with.
- Tap "Connect".
- Choose the "Email" icon and tap "Login".
- Follow the steps to log in and complete the connection.

If you haven't linked your account to any Scopely ID or created a Scopely Account, make sure to choose "Create a Scopely Account" so you never lose your account.
NINTENDO SWITCH:
If your account progress got lost and it was not bound with any of the platforms mentioned above since it is currently not possible for the Nintendo Switch, please send a message to our Customer Support team and we'll do our best to assist you.
