Everyone can change their server region, simply by following the steps below:

 

1. Go to Settings (Gear button at the top right of the main screen)
 

2. Find "Server Region" in the list and tap Change

3. Choose your new region!  

 

This is especially useful when attempting to join a party with friends or family that are in different server regions!
