Many items and offers in the Shop are available for a limited time, with countdown timers shown directly on each card. 

Refunds & Purchase Support
All in-app purchases are final. If you experience issues (e.g. missing rewards), you can reach our support team via Settings > Hel & Support. 

Lastly, the pass and shop may look different on console due to being on a different version than mobile and Steam.
