If you’re playing on Steam and your progress is missing, follow the steps below.

Make Sure You’re Logged Into the Correct Steam Account

Your progress is automatically tied to your Steam account.

If you log into a different Steam account, you will see a different (new) Stumble Guys profile.

Simply log into the correct Steam account to restore your progress.

Understanding Steam & Cross-Progression

  • Steam progress is bound to your Steam account.

  • Cross-progression is only possible if your progress was linked to a Scopely Account.

  • If your Steam account was never linked, it remains standalone.

If You Previously Linked to a Scopely Account

If you connected your progress to a Scopely Account, you can:

  1. Open the game

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Tap Connect next to “Save your progress with Scopely Account”

  4. Select Email Login

  5. Sign in using the correct email

  6. Confirm via the email verification link

If successful, you will see the option to “Logout,” confirming the account is connected.

Still Missing Progress?

If you are certain you are using the correct Steam account and/or Scopely Account but your progress is still missing:

Please contact Support and provide:

  • Steam ID

  • Player ID (if available)

  • Scopely Account email (if linked)
