To recover your lost progress on iOS, you need to have your account connected to a Scopely ID, Apple ID, and/or Facebook profile.

Scopely ID:

  1. Open the game.
  2. Go to "Settings" (top right).
  3. Choose "Save your progress with Scopely Account" as the platform you wish to bind your progress with.
  4. Tap "Connect".
  5. Choose the "Email" icon and tap "Login".
  6. Follow the steps to log in and complete the connection.

If you haven't linked your account to any Scopely ID or created a Scopely Account, make sure to choose "Create a Scopely Account".

Apple ID:

  1. Open the game.
  2. Go to "Settings" (top right).
  3. Choose "Apple" as the platform you wish to bind your progress with.
  4. Tap "Connect".
  5. Follow the steps to log in and complete the connection.

Facebook:

  1. Open the game.
  2. Go to "Settings" (top right).
  3. Choose "Save your progress with Scopely Account" as the platform you wish to bind your progress with.
  4. Tap "Connect".
  5. Choose the "Facebook" icon and tap "Login".
  6. Follow the steps to log in and complete the connection.

After the above steps, you can follow the same steps to load your account on any other iOS device. Just make sure you're using the same Scopely ID, Apple ID, or Facebook account that your game account was connected with. Using Scopely ID, and Facebook will allow you to transfer your progress to other platforms as well.

Please keep in mind that you cannot use Apple ID or Facebook to load your progress on Steam, but you can use Scopely ID to load your progress on Steam and PC(WebGL).
