Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help if you're experiencing slow performance or other issues that are possibly related to your device and not the game. Before all the below, please always make sure your game is running with the latest available version, by visiting the store and checking for updates.
  
For Android:  
  • Close the game
  • Restart your Wifi router
  • Go to settings > About your phone > System updates
  • Clear the cache on your device by going to settings > Apps > Clear Cache
  • Make sure that your internet connection is stable by using Wi-Fi
  • Relaunch the game.
For iOS:
  • Force close the app.
  • Restart your Wifi router
  • Restart your device.
  • Update your device software.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Relaunch the app. 

For Steam:

  • Relaunch the game.
  • Ensure the game is updated.
  • Ensure Steam is updated to the latest version.
  • Verify your Region/Country settings
  • Disable or remove any IP proxy or VPN software
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router.
  • Clear your cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Select the game > Clear Cache.
  • Check your internet connection
  • Run the Steam game file integrity checker: Steam Game File Integrity Checker.
  • Uninstall/Reinstall the game

For Xbox:

  • Restart Your Console
  • Go to "My games & apps" >Stumble Guys > Check for any available updates.
  • Reinstall Stumble Guys
  • Check Internet Connection
  • Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it fully powers down>Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for at least 10 seconds> Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

For PS4/PS5:

  • Check for System Updates: Go to Settings > System Software Update (PS4) or Settings > System > System Software > System Software Update and Settings (PS5) to check for and install any available updates.
  • Restart the Console and Router
  • Test Network Connection: Go to Settings > Network > Test Internet Connection (PS4) or Settings > Network > Connection Status > Test Internet Connection (PS5).
  • Close Unused Applications
  • Free Up Storage Space
  • Check for Game Updates
  • Reinstall the Game (Last Resort): Before uninstalling the game, ensure that you've backed up any save data associated with it.

Please keep in mind that if your device is unsupported due to compatibility issues, you won't be able to download the game or a new version of the game. In some scenarios you will still be able to play the game in an older version, if it was already on the device before it got registered in our unsupported devices list, however it's highly likely that you'll have issues with performance.

If your device is unsupported and you're affected by performance issues, unfortunately we won't be able to assist you. Despite that, we are always trying to adjust the game application to make it compatible with more devices with every new update, however it's not always possible for some specific devices.
