If you are playing Stumble Guys through the web version (WebGL), your progress can still be recovered — depending on how your account was saved.
How Is Web Progress Saved?
WebGL progress is typically saved through:
A linked Scopely Account
A connected platform account (if supported)
The browser session (if not linked — not recommended)
To ensure your progress is safe, we strongly recommend linking your account to a Scopely Account.
How to Recover Your Account on Web
Open the game in your browser.
Go to Settings.
Select Connect next to “Save your progress with Scopely Account.”
Log in using the correct email.
Confirm through the email verification link.
If the login is successful, your original progress will load.
Important
If your progress was not linked to a Scopely Account before:
Recovery may not be possible.
Browser cache clearing may remove local progress.
If You Still Can’t Recover
Please contact Support and provide:
Your Player ID (if available)
The browser used
The email used for linking (if any)
Approximate date of last play
Any purchase receipts (if applicable)
Our team will investigate and assist you.
