FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q: Can I change my club name whenever I want? Does it cost gems, or is it permanent?
A: Yes, you can change your club name whenever you want, and it costs 50 Gems.

Q: Can captains leave clubs? If so, who becomes the next captain?
A: Yes, captains can leave clubs. Before leaving, you'll be prompted to promote a new captain. If you don't promote anyone, a new captain will be randomly chosen from the remaining members. If you're the only member, the club will be disbanded.

Q: If I join a club that has already progressed far, can I still get the previous rewards?
A: No, you won't be eligible for the previous rewards that the club earned before you joined. This is intentional and aligns with the requirements for claiming milestone/objective rewards, which include:

  • Players can't claim the same Milestone Reward twice in the same Season.
  • Players can't collect Milestone Rewards the Clan collected before they joined (non-retroactive claiming).
  • Members must collect a certain amount of Clan Points within the Season to be eligible for Milestone Rewards.

Q: Can I still request to join a club that I've been kicked from?
A: Yes, you can still request to join the club.

Q: I'm trying to change or use a club name, but it says it's inappropriate. However, I don't think it is. What's going on?
A: Although the name may looks normal, it's possible that the combination of letters or words can be interpreted/detected as inappropriate. Please choose a different name.

Q: How can I disband or delete a club?
A: If you are the only member of the club or the creator/owner of the club, you can disband the club by leaving the club. If there are other members, you will need to remove or kick all other members, and then leave the club yourself.

Q: How many captains can be appointed in one club?
A: One club can only have 1 captain. If you appoint a certain member as captain, you will lose your role as captain.
