What happens when I receive a duplicate cosmetic?
When you receive a cosmetic item you already own, such as a Skin, Emote, Animation, or Footsteps, you don’t receive the item again. Instead, you’re rewarded with Stumble Coins, or Tokens( for Console), which can be used for for unlocking other cosmetics.

What is a duplicated Ability?
A duplicated Ability occurs when you acquire the same Ability again after already owning it. Instead of granting the Ability again, the game compensates you with Ability Tokens.
What do I receive for a duplicated Ability?
You are rewarded with a set amount of Ability Tokens depending on the rarity or value tier of the Ability.

What is a duplicate Shard?
A duplicate Shard refers to receiving the same shard for a cosmetic item that you already completed. Instead of granting the same item again, you're compensated with XP for your Duplicate Bank.
What is the Duplicate Bank?
The Duplicate Bank converts the XP you earn from duplicate Shards into Tokens or Coins at milestone XP thresholds.
