For Android users:
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this. Try to clear data of your Play Store. You can clear data with these steps:
1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Settings app ⚙️
2. Tap Apps & notifications See all apps 
3. Scroll down and tap Google Play Store
4. Tap Storage Clear Cache. 
5. Tap Clear data
For iOS users:
To delete game data from Game Center, you need to:
1- First sign in to your account.
2- Once you’re signed in, go to the Settings app and then select Game Center.
3- Underneath “Your Games,” you’ll see a list of all the games you’ve played on Game Center.
4- To delete game data, tap on the game and then select “Delete Data.
If the issue persists, then the reason is probably one of the below:
- Your Google/Apple account or location is set to different country (an active VPN can affect this as well)
- You are playing on unsupported device and have not downloaded Stumble Guys from official AppStore/ Play Store

- Change Google/Apple account to your own country
- Change VPN location to your own country
- Download Stumble Guys from a legit source
