Android:

  • Close the game

  • Restart your Wi-Fi router

  • Go to Settings > About phone > System updates

  • Clear cache via Settings > Apps > Stumble Guys > Clear Cache

  • Ensure a stable internet connection

  • Relaunch the game

iOS:

  • Force close the app

  • Restart your Wi-Fi router

  • Restart your device

  • Update your iOS software

  • Relaunch the app

Steam (PC):

  • Relaunch the game

  • Ensure the game and Steam are updated

  • Verify Region/Country settings

  • Disable VPN or proxy services

  • Restart your Wi-Fi router

  • Clear game cache: Settings > Apps > Stumble Guys > Clear Cache

  • Reinstall the game if necessary

Xbox:

  • Restart the console

  • Go to My games & apps > Stumble Guys > Check for updates

  • Reinstall the game if needed

  • Check internet connection

  • Full reboot: Hold power button > unplug > wait 10 seconds > replug and restart

PlayStation (PS4/PS5):

  • Free up storage space

  • Check for game updates

  • Reinstall as last resort (ensure save data is backed up)

Nintendo Switch:
