Verification can take up to 24 hours, depending on:

  • Your payment method

  • Store processing times

  • Regional verification systems

Before taking further action, please:

  • Restart the game

  • Wait up to 24 hours

Still Didn’t Receive Your Items?

If your content has not appeared after 24 hours, the transaction may not have been successfully verified by the platform.

Important

For purchases made outside of Google Play (Android) and Xsolla, you must contact the store where the purchase was made directly, as they control payment verification and refund processing.

We are unable to manually verify or override purchases handled by external storefronts.

If a refund is approved by the platform:

  • Any items, currency, or bonuses received from that purchase will be automatically removed from your account.

  • This rollback is handled by the platform and cannot be reversed.
