Scopely Account ID – How to create & use it across devices

The answer is yes! We are happy to announce that Scopely Account ID is now available for players on the latest version of the game.

This allows you to:

  • Save and back up your progress

  • Use your account across multiple devices (Google, Apple, Steam, Web, Console*)

How to create or log in with a Scopely Account

Step 1: Open Settings

Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of the main screen.

Tap the gear icon to open the Settings menu.

Step 2: Tap “Connect”

Inside Settings, find “Save your progress with Scopely Account” and tap Connect.


Tap “Connect” to start linking your Scopely Account.

Step 3: Choose login method

Select the Email Login option (recommended).


Choose the email login option to create or access your Scopely Account.

Step 4: Enter your email

Type your email to:

  • Log in to an existing account
    or

  • Create a new Scopely Account


Enter your email to receive a login code.

Step 5: Check your inbox

You will receive a verification code in your email.


Check your inbox for the verification code.

Step 6: Enter the verification code

Enter the code you received to complete the login.


Enter the verification code sent to your email.

Step 7: Confirmation

If successful, you will see the option to “Logout”, confirming your account is linked.


“Logout” confirms your account is successfully linked.

Important Notes

  • The Scopely Account option is only available inside the game Settings (⚙️)

  • It will not appear on the website or browser menus

  • If you don’t see the option:

    • Make sure your game is updated

    • It may not be available for minor accounts, depending on your region

Using your account on different devices

Once linked:

  • Your progress is saved automatically

  • You can log in on another device and continue playing

You can also:

  • Log out and switch accounts

  • Link a different account if needed

Platform-Specific Notes

Xbox (Series S & X)

To unlink your Scopely Account:

  • Contact Customer Support via:

    • Web chat

    • In-app chat

  • Or scan the QR code from Settings


Use the QR code in Settings to contact Support on console.

PlayStation (PS4 / PS5)

  • Account unlinking is not possible

  • Once linked, it is permanent

Alternative:

  • Use the same PS account
    or

  • Create a new PS account

Nintendo Switch

Scopely ID linking is not available on Nintendo Switch.

As a result:

  • ❌ Cross-progression is not supported

  • ❌ Cannot link to other platforms

  • ✅ Progress remains on Switch only

This is due to platform restrictions (not a bug).

Additional Note

If you are a minor, Scopely Account features may not be available depending on your region.
